Sale process:

Fill in the application for instalment finance Personal 1.2.1 or Business 1.2.2

For business, all directors needs to do a personal one as well

  1. Trader/dealer/person VAT reg 1.1.1
  1. Personal: ID, VAT264, Proof of address 1.1.3
  1. Company(asset): CC- ck and ID. If not VAT registered: VAT 264, proof of address 1.1.1, For business, all directors needs to do a personal one as well

Other Important doc for sales process

Payment distribution: Bank pay handling company(Debella), maintenance company. Debella pay Solo and warrenty company

Payment distribution: Bank pay Debella and Solo

Payment distribution: RCS pay Solo, then Solo pay Debella and other party

Use MM no. Transunion/Light stone report on the vehicle

Invoice

get the original The National Traffic Information System (NaTIS)

Create stock Number

Pay for the vehicle

change NaTIS doc title to Solo

Collect car

Once approved, Sales person make OTP via VMG and client sign it

F&I invoice to banks or Cash + insurance +warranty/maintenance plan

Delivery process

Delivery receipt from the bank

Record of advice

New NaTis doc with bank and owner / owner if cash buyer

Tax invoice and EFT confirmation from the bank for purchase

Tax invoice from Solo

Consignment sales and consignment(only pay on sale) 1.1.2,

Person to person: organise the financing, check the car, documentation
