Initial System Requirements
Mobile compatible
Since most users tend to have a mobile device, the app has to be optimised for mobile which can be utilised to our advantage feature wise such as being able to redirect the user to email the service provider directly from their phone
Hyperlinks, to contact the provider directly (metaphor)
Meant to act as a book metaphor for the user, so if the user wants to look up information of something, without the current implemented technology they would usually look up their phone book and find the contact details of the person. However, with hyperlinks, it allows the user to contact the service provider right away with the device they're holding.
I/O interfaces to process user inputs
Search box
Buttons
Map pinpointing the location (metaphor)
This is an important feature as this metaphor is meant to represent a typical action of someone looking at a map to find where something is located. However, with the evolving technologies, providing a map would help the user create a more justified decision, as location is also a major factor in conveniency for the user, which would help them make better decisions in general on whether they would like to pick this provider.
Navigation bar
Allows user control/freedom to be implemented in the system so user can navigate (roam) through the website freely without constricting them to certain paths
