OTHER PREP
Have emergency contact who can drive and let them know you might call;
Keep a forehead thermometer at home and closely monitor your own temperature and any flu like symptoms as well as fatigue;
SOCIAL DISTANCING
Keep >6 feet away from each other, more if possible.
Avoid going to grocery and other stores at peak hours.
Cut handshakes, use a fist bump, slight bow, elbow bump or nothing
Avoid public gathering and work from home as much your company allows;
IN PUBLIC
Use your knuckle or elbow to touch light switches, elevator buttons, etc.
Sanitize
Wear a face mask and eye cover
Lift the gasoline dispenser with a paper towel or use a disposable glove;
Open doors with napkins or hip - do not grasp the handle with your hand
ANXIETY REDUCTION
Meditation
Music or read a book
Comedy shows, Netflix at home
Exercise at home or outdoor alone - run, bike, hike
Avoid the news and media
Sleep > 7 hours a nite
SORE THROAT REMEDY
Honey lemon tea, Peppermint tea, honeysuckle tea
Zinc Lozenge, Menthol Lozenge, Vitamin C, antiseptic or saltwater mouthwash
Echinacea and goldenseal, eucalyptus,
Humidifier at night - keep humidity >50%
COMMON SYMPTOMS

STOCK THE FOLLOWING

a) Latex or nitrile latex disposable gloves - use when outside to touch anything
b) Disposable surgical masks and use them to prevent you from touching your nose and/or mouth. The mask will not prevent the virus in a direct sneeze from getting into your nose or mouth - it is only to keep you from touching your nose or mouth;
c) Hand sanitizers (must be alcohol-based and greater than 70% isopropanol alcohol) and alcohol prep pad;
d) Zinc lozenges (proven to be effective in blocking coronavirus from multiplying in your throat and nasopharynx). Use when you begin to feel ANY "cold-like" symptoms beginning. It is best to lie down and let the lozenge dissolve in the back of your throat.
e) Prescription medication at least 2-month supply;
f) Household medical device and medicine: oximeter, forehead thermometer, acetaminophen, ibuprofen, Advil, cough suppressant, Myrtol, Mucinex, Pepto Bismol, Colgate Peroxyl mouthwash, melatonin, VapoCool.
g) House cleaning items: 70% alcohol, Clorox disinfecting wipes, Antibacterial Spray, Clorox bleach, Drain log dissolver, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.;
h) Nutrition supplements: Co-Q10, Airborne Vitamin C, Omega-3, Pedialyte.
i) Key groceries (2-week supply): Water (lots of water, electrolyte water preferred, such as Gatorade) Garlic and other nutrient dense foods
HYGIENE
Clean hi touch surfaces regulary (phone, laptop, keys, badge, glasses with clorox wipes)
If traveling, wipe down all surfaces with clorox wipes
Leave all external clothes and shoes hanging outside in garage or sun (UV kills COVID-19)
MUCUS REMEDY
