Learners need to do basic block coding ensuring to create a application with at least 10 different Screens.

Being able to create a activity plan that states who is responsible for what activity as well as stating when they have to start with the activity and when the activity will have to be done by.

In this part of the activity the government have also asked the learners to code a application that will help people from different cultures get along with one another in such a small space. Learners will make use of Code.org to create a functioning application that gives people Information like, How to say hello in the culture, what is important to do and not to do, how to ensure that you don't accidentally offend someone. People that stay at the camp will then have the opportunity to make use of the app during their every day lives
to help them better understand different cultures in our country
Final Product
The final product that learners will be creating is their own application. learners will use Code.org to create the application. the final product needs to give at least 3 pieces of information about each culture in South - Africa.

To ensure that the camp is set up in time for the arrival of everyone would have gone to the quarantine zone but can't because construction will not be done in time. Learners will have to set up a Project management plan using Microsoft Excel. The plan will have to include who is responsible for what as well as stating when they have to have the task completed. The tasks that will have to be completed is the following: Ensuring that there is food, ensuring that the sleeping arrangements are set out, ensuring a medical station and any other things that they have stated will be at camp.

Due to the corona virus spreading faster than expected the quarantine zone that was planned in term 1 will not be set up in time. The Jaca camp will thus be used as a temporary quarantine zone while construction on the main one is still being completed. Learners will have to create a list in table format of everything that that they would want at the camp while it is being used as a quarantine zone, learners also have to state why they believe it is important to have these things at the camp.
Final Product
The final product that learners will be creating is a Project management plan (gantt chart) stating what will have to be done to ensure the project is completed in time.
