Diet - avoid eating sugary foods, oily and fats.
For blood sugar levels to drop, normal saline or 5% dextrose in 0.45% saline can be administered.

DIET
Healthy carbohydrates - fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes such as beans, peas, low fat and dairy.
Fibre rich foods - vegetables, fruits and nuts.
Good fats - avocados, canola, olive and peanut oils.
Foods to avoid - saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol and sodium.
