    - - Whole group management strategy is not working
        
        Create individual plan that pinpoints the behavior of concern utilizing differential reinforcement
        
        No improvement in behavior that continues to disrupt education of student, classmates, or classroom environment and can provide documentation
    - - Committee and teacher meet to discuss concerns and teacher will present evidence to support the need of CSC.
        
        CSC determines a need for the student to be evaluated by: teacher, parents, pychologist, school nurse and assessor
        
        Results have been formed into a report, committee meets again to go over findings and determine if the student qualifies for special education or not.
        
        No special education services are needed, continue to work with SSTeam and differentiated instruction.
        
        At parents request or due to no being eligible and/or struggling behavior and/or academics 504 plan can be requested.
        
        Need for special education services, committee meets to determine students eligibility.
        
        Student is found eligible for special education services and another meeting is held to go over academic/behavior goals for student. Student starts receiving special education services.
        
        Parents are sometimes invited to fill in gaps and give history of academic struggle and/or behavior
