Talk to parents about home life behavior, take notes about this meeting
Student work samples relevant to concerns (DRA, writing, last math assessment, exit ticket, MAP, etc): from at least 2 different quarters
Give trackers to specialists to monitor behavior across settings
Have a checklist or tally list to track behaviors in the classroom
Ask for an observation from the LS teacher, Educational/School Psychologist, LS Coordinator, another teacher, Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist
