Connections
In the past, I have used the method nonassertion in conflict. I would try to avoid it or change a subject. I would eventually face the conflict after avoiding it for a while
I have also used passive agression when facing conflict. I feel bad about afterwards but in the momemnt I have been a guiltmaker. I try to to be passive agressive but sometimes when I am mad at someone or something, I say things and not think about it to much.
When there is conflict at my house, the is usually a win-lose problem solving. The win usually goes to my mom wether it is a conflict with me or my dad.
- A part that interested me in this chapter was all the different types of passive aggression. I thought passive aggression was just that and not a whole bunch of different types.
- This chapter felt pretty clear to me. I don't think there was anything that left me confused.
