peer supporters for all women

consistent information - but also for this to be presented as an 'offer' not a rule
individualised care plans (what works for some might not work for others)
support with feeding in recovery areas
a careful and gentle approach that supports breastfeeding but does not judge women who use formula

a calm atmosphere
