How does matter change?
Freezing
Change of state from liquid to solid.
An ice pop is mostly water. It freezes into a solid.
Evaporation
Water turns into water vapor.
Hot tea gets cool over time due to evaporation.

The ice pop gets warm and melts into a liquid.
Condensation
Change of state from gas to liquid.
Dew forms in the morning on leaves because the warmer air deposits on the cool leaves.
