        To improve the welfare and happiness of Turkish citizens and Turkish society; on the other hand, national unity and economic integrity, social and cultural development and to accelerate the contemporary civilization, and finally to make Turkish nation a constructive, creative, and outstanding partner.

        To raise people who:
        
        have free and balanced personality and character in terms of body, mind, morality, spirit and emotion; have scientific thinking power and a wide world view, who respect for human rights, value personality and enterprise, who are constructive, creative, productive and responsible to society.

        Preparing them for life by giving necessary knowledge, skills, behaviors and habit of working together by developing their interests, skills, and abilities; and providing them have a proffession which makes them happy and contributes to the happiness of the society.
