Since currently we don't have Account Managers and Executives, VP's Main task would mainly entails meeting with client, mantain client relations, and all of the creative process on projects. VP will provide detailed dossier on every creative deliverables and will relay to Fina, which in turns will relay to Chairman Board. CFO main duty will be safeguarding the company financial situation. which means CFO will provide DETAILED monthly reports on every 28th the same time as payday, on the company's financial situation. Not only reports but also Strategic Financial advise to the CEO on how much money company want to achieve, budget allocation and investment during period of times. CEO and CFO must see eye to eye on every expenditure the company's making. all financial authorization must be requested through CFO and in turn to Fina, which will relay to the Chairman board

Budget Requests

CFO must be isolated to other member of the companies, except for VP and CEO

Any non authorized member who wished to audience with CFO must have permission from the CEO

Fina will provide a detailed dossier byweekly on how each chairman has to provide a specific task vice-versa.
