- - - - Self management is not necessarily a weakness for me, but came out with the lowest score on the emotional IQ test compared to the other traits. I can work on my self management skills by trying to control myself and my behavior, specifically trying not to get distracted or talk to friends as much, especially in a work environment because it affects other people too and how they can focus
  - - - I always try to be aware of my feelings, motivations and desires when in different environments because this helps me to become more knowledgeable about myself and what I like so I can pursue my passions and be around a positive environment
    - - WHen I am at school, and I am spending time with my friends and other people, I always try to understand their current situation and their mood so I am able to empathise with them and be able to try and help them in a positive way
    - - I use my social management skills online effectively, by being careful with how I use different social media platforms, and how I portray myself, and being careful not to put other people down online
- - - - Energy is one of my stronger traits because I always try to have a lot of energy, because this helps me get through the day and challenges, as well as helps me to stay more positive
    - - Being a naturalist is one of my stronger traits because I really enjoy being outside and interacting with all the different elements and qualities of nature, and take great care and pride in our environment
    - - This is one of my strengths because when making decisions, I carefully weigh out the possible benefits and negatives and am methodical in that way
  - - - This is one of my weaknesses because sometimes I care too much about what other people think of me, so sometimes that causes me to doubt my decisions
    - - This is one of my personal weaknesses because I want to be able to make decisions and deal with my emotions in a more logical manner instead of just based on what I am feeling
- - - - Spatial awareness is one of my weaknesses as sometimes I have trouble comprehending three dimensional shapes and images, and am not great at using that to build anything, as well as I cannot easily visualize images in my mind
    - - Linguistic intelligence is weaker than some of my others because I express myself better in a written form than through speech, and I don't have a strong balance between them
    - - My musical intelligence is one of my weaknesses compared to other types of intelligence because my mind cannot easily decipher tone, rhythm, pitch and other musical elements, and it can take a lot of effort
  - - - I enjoy being around other people and highly value their opinions and take that into consideration (to an extent). I like meeting new people and being in social situations, as I am comfortable being myself around them (especially my friends)
    - - I enjoy being in nature and interacting with the natural world around me, and I am sensitive and take good care of the environment
    - - I always like to be active and make it a point to incorporate it in my daily life as it helps boost my mood and I have more energy in general afterwards. I like playing a variety of different sports (hockey, badminton, swimming), as I like applying the skills and learning new ones, as well as finding connections between the sports
- - - - I often make an effort to show gratitude to my friends and family for their positive influence in my life, and I also always remember to be aware at how lucky I am to have this life, and that helps to put my small everyday problems in perspective
    - - When making decisions, I always carefully weigh out the pros and cons, and often try to make an effort to please other people if they are affected by me decision because making other people happy is an important part of who I am , and int turn makes me happy
    - - When around family, friends and even people I don't know well, I always try to be selfless with my actions and decisions because I want to please them, as well as try to give even small acts of kindness, because it can make a big difference. For example, when the grade 9's went to Korea last year, I gave my extra money to a girl that ran out of money, which improved her experience.
  - - - Spirituality is one of my weaknesses because I am not involved in any religious practices or communities as those are not my personal beliefs
    - - Sometimes when I am faced with a very challenging situation and am under pressure, I tend to freeze. For example, when I saw a snake about to eat a frog at my cottage when I was younger, I tried to rescue the frog but when the snake attacked I immediately ran away. This is just one example of a time when my fear gets in the way
    - - In some situations, especially with tests when I do not know how to solve the answer, I don't have as much of an open mindset as I would like to have, and I tend to forget about other ways I could go about solving the problem because I get frustrated
