Assessing Idea
Worth the Risk?
Personal Growth
Starting my own business and managing a team of my own will aid in my personal growth and development. Giving myself more patience and more understanding and being able to use my excellent customer service skills is a great desire for me.
I've always wanted to provide people with something they need or want. Not just another thing to have. Opening my own business will give me that opportunity as well as the opportunity and means to donate more of my money and time to those in need.
Self-Expression
Having my own business and having a successful one at that will allow me the opportunity for self-expression. I will be the one making the rules, and leading by example, to create an environment where people from all walks of life feel comfortable.
Financial Stability
While I know that it takes time and money to create a business, and then even more to make it grow, financial stability is a reward worth the risks.
Freedom
I will have a multitude of freedoms that haven't been allowed in the past, especially if my business is successful.

Personal Vision
Skills and Talents
Where others see an impossible obstacle, I see an opportunity and a worthy adversary.
I am a problem solver and love being able to fix things. I know that this skill will help me be successful.
I am a very creative and determined person, and I know I can use this to my advantage to make my business successful.
My knowledge in customer service, wine, and food will help me make my business something different and in a niche of its own.
Assessing the Risks
The risk of failing is real in any business, but I know that even if I fail, I will learn from the experience and make sure that I come out wiser.
I have other skills and talents, and if something were to happen, I know I would have those skills to fall back onto .
