the university’s reputation in which IoC programs were implemented was another factor in creating preference in the view of employers. Being asked more about the importance of university’s reputation, some of the employers even stated that they accepted only graduates from universities which were considered to be at the top of the Vietnam university ranking system.
E4 and E5’s comments revealed that graduates from IoC programs implementing in the topranking universities were likely to have better thinking skills than their peers from other universities.
three employers (E1, E6, E7) mentioned about how their IoC employees expected more than other employees and became overconfident when holding their undergraduate degree.
