        Process - outline of how to get to the destination – for example a map showing the driver where they are starting and where they are ending.
      - • Procedure – the detailed steps required to perform an activity within the process
        
        Procedure - list of exact instructions for every turn the driver needs to negotiate to arrive at the destination. In this situation the driver should have no problem reaching their destination efficiently.
