I will lose 20 pounds by my next birthday on August 11, 2020 through the means of developing an exercise and eating plan, to improve my overall health and so that I am comfortable with my body for the upcoming school year.

Get all of the essential nutrients you need daily to be healthy

Do NOT take cheat days

Develop a healthy relationship with food

Do not eat when you are bored

Do not eat when you are sad

Do not eat when you are angry

Only eat when you are hungry

Take progress pictures of self weekly using MyFitnessPal under the same conditions (last meal, time of day, water, etc)

Weigh self every 7 days

Focus on not trying to weigh self daily as I used to

Remember that scales do not take water weight into account, weight can fluctuate up to 5 pounds per day and it shouldn't affect your mood one way or the other

Remember that you are trying to help yourself which is commendable
