According to this test, my top three intelligence were social, self, and body movement. Social intelligence consists of learning from others and having good social skills. I would say those are of significance to me because I love watching youtube videos on things such as SAT prep, college decisions, and skincare routines. All coming from a broad spectrum, learning from what others have done allows me to creatively do it in my own way. When it comes to social skills I would say I am quite outgoing when you get to know me and love having all different conversations. I often find myself connecting with people from my past to check-in and just chat. Next, self intelligence comes from self-care and well being. I would say I take care of myself quite well whether that's physical, through rowing, or mentally such as listening to music. Additionally what you put in your body is quite important and I find taking time to set a goal of eating a good breakfast such as avocado toast is important. Not only are you fuelling your body but your mind, providing you with a positive mindset for the day.
