Animation fails without design
(FOR)
III. STATING
YOUR THESIS
1. Idea 1:
On a large scale, design is meant to be the evidence of creative human choices to answer a problem.
"Logos" Technique
As Adam Judge said: “The alternative to good design is always bad design. There is no such thing as no design.”
Relate back to the movie "Akira"
Explain the idea
In particular, every creative choice that gets made — layout, colour, font, content, interaction, workflow, etc — each one of those hundreds or thousands of minuscule decisions is the act of design.
2. Idea 2:

Relate back to the movie "Akira"
For example, the principles of design related to composition are applied in each frame of the movie Akira, which is illustrated in the following images:
II. NARRATION
The source of the debate may come from the confusion between two concepts: Design and Graphic Design.
V. SUMMATION
Although there is still a lot of debate surrounding this issue, I want to assert that animation cannot exist without a design.
I. INTRODUCTION
1. Issue
Many people wonder if a person who wants to study animation needs to know about design? There is a lot of debate around this issue.
2. Answer
For me, I think animation fails without design.
IV. HANDLING THE OPPOSITION
1. Stating
opposing views
It is understandable why some people advocate this point that animation is independent and does not need design
3. Refutation
It is because they understand design in a narrower range, that is graphic design.
