Most important consequence: The most important consequence of this event was the effect it had on women and what it led them to do. For example, the commemorations that are now held to honor the 14 women that lost their lives is showing the determination that females have to end violence against women to ensure such a tragedy does not happen again. Women are also now doubting whether or not they should go into a field that, traditionally, has been worked by men because that was the biggest cause of this massacre to occur.

Most important cause: This was the most important cause because it because the school he targeted was the school he was denied admission into. He targeted the women because he did not like that they got the position that he did not get.
