Features
If the users heart rate is above a certain level and the watch detects motion, the watch will send a push notification if they are working out.
Can select specific workout to do which will automatically start either counting steps, calories, gps for running workouts.
App can monitor sleep using motion sensors, and heart rate
Can calculate speed/pace and distance when running, walking or hiking using the gps system inbuilt in the watch
Using the motion sensors the app counts sets, reps, calories for gym workouts such as lifting weights push ups, etc.
The user can input a goal from the activity screen for the amount of steps or the amount of calories they would like to burn in one day (drop down menu).
