Proactively listen, learn, get the key information, think the motivation/business questions behind the key information, also dissect the question into small questions and analysis plans. 2. Leverage advanced charting methods and stories to tell insights. 3. Prepare and practice for each conversation whenever possible and add value to the conversation. 4. Resume "Did you know" to a biweek cadence to democratize MI data and boost storytelling and communication skills.
- - - - Explore new MI Data and Methods:
        
        New data source including credit card transactions, omni-channle data, etc.
        
        Explore new methods or tools to analyze and democratize MI data. E.g. leverage advanced charting methods to present insights such as racing bar chart.
      - Collaborate with other VF functions:
        
        Proactively seeking for collaboration opportunities to add value to their project, e.g. leverage Growth Pools analysis to help Brand Product teams on product designing or helping Karina's team on strategic choices.
      - Support Strategy team's OGSTM:
        
        Help Kim/Kent achieve goals: further develop and activate growth pools; support consumer minded KPIs; support MI data democratizing tools - AnswerRocket & Market Logic; etc.
        
        Support CSI and other Strategy's functions, e.g. Cameron, Brian, Karina's team on daily requests.
        
        Support as an internal MI data consultant, especially on behaivor database.
