      - 2.2 global rating scales- 1. 'normal' period rated- adapted version of the Emotional Availability Scales (EAS; Biringen and Robinson, 1991). This scale has four dimensions (maternal sensitivity, maternal structuring/intrusiveness, maternal hostility, infant responsiveness), each being rated on a seven- or nine-point scale.
