why will they buy it from me?
i am understanding
i know i might lose money
but i want to help
i WANT to help
housing is a necessity
how is it different?
not government assisted
no set amount
lenient
helpful/encouraging
human to human contact
not strict but selective structure
dependent upon circumstance
different rules for different people
how does it solve the problem?
helps people get back on their feet after detrimental loss
financially
loss of a family member
hardship
unforseen events
butterfly effect
if i do one good thing, maybe they can do good things for others as well
