Dieting is very important because if you always eat meat you would become more fat so I think you should balance your diet out like meat and vegetables
Is this goal important? Yes, This is a important goal because if you don't do any sports then you will live less and you would die early.
Why I chose this goal?
Why do we need to care about this goal?
The reason why I chose this goal is because I see that people are like addicted to games and they like staying at home and being lazy. I just really like sports because it's fun and it also helps you to live longer.
If we don't care about this Goal then we would have a big problem because people will start increase the rate of injury such as heart attack and you will have a less of breathe.
The problem is that people are not doing sports, because there are new technology coming in to this world like new games, new Tv and other more. Lot's of people will prefer gaming than sports.
This goal is important because people are starting to lose there life's because of gaming and being lazy at home and expert says that people will feel num from time to time because of sitting on a seat and staring into a screen for too long is bad for your eyes .
We need to make kids less addicted to video games and make them do more sports to make their lives better so they won't live a short life

If you don't do sports you would be more lazy than usual.
