Make early contact (DAY1/2?) with Partner Rep for same accounts and leverage them for "new to you" products
reporting adverse events/other reportable information to comply with regulations. This will be important to convey in onboarding (WHAT DOES THIS MEAN IN PRACTICE eg GIVE EXAMPLES).
"New to you" product information will be provided on day 1, with training to follow
