Seline's Group can benefit from this as they would have increased crop production and a higher rate of income.
We could benefit because Seline's Group is paying interest which would allow for us to make profit from this.
Alego (Keny) may benefit from this as they would have a farmer that could become increasingly wealthy and have plenty of crop for Alego citizens and it could lower the price of crop and/or food.
