- - - - At the southern edge of mid-western wine country, there is always a craving to discover new/more wineries. Being able to have a place for people to go to have a casual glass a wine and food with friends outside of a bar scene is a service needed in my home town
    - - Being able to successfully expand, and not go belly up, is another mark of a successful business. I would like to expand locally at first, in neighboring towns.
    - - Having a well known winery at the southern edge of mid-western wine country marks, in my book, a success.
  - - - Achieving my business goals will allow me the financial freedom to travel to the places I've always wanted.
    - - Finally, once I am financially sound in my business and my personal life, I will have the freedom to expand my business as I see fit.
    - - Achieving my goals will give me a sense of peace in my financial world.
  - - - I have always loved travelling. Having a business that doesn't impede, but rather encourages travel is an ultimate goal - whether through the business and expansions, or through the freedom of scheduling
    - - I like the idea of being my own boss and being able to make my own schedules, rather than having to answer to a long list of people until I'm blue in the face.
    - - I would like to be able to build a business that helps me and my family live comfortably and enjoy our lives.
- - - - My partner always encourages me and tries to constructively push me to succeed.
    - - Like I said previously, I have had other experiences at wineries and feel like there was always something missing.
  - - - Being able to provide for myself and help contribute to my family and household is a huge driving factor.
    - - Donating to those in need has always been very close to my heart. As it is right now, I buy clothing items that are on sale and give them away to homeless people in town. Having my own business would allow me more financial stability to do so.
  - - - I didn't know I enjoyed wine until I met my partner and she introduced me to it. Through the various local wineries we have visited, we always noticed that the list of sweet wines (which I prefer) was usually seriously lacking. So we would always bounce around the idea of opening our own where the selections were more balanced.
    - - I especially like making the people in my life happy in various ways. Even customers at my job. I always like when I can help them and they are so appreciative. I would like to combine my passions to create something that will please people.
    - - Food has always been a passion of mine. While I have never had the desire to become a chef. I have always loved providing delicious food for the people I care about.
