The year is 2050. The amount of gar bage in the ocean far outweighs the weight of all marine animals
People no longer go to the beach for entertainment. They go to see the mounds of trash that spread as far as the eye can see.
Government's are slowly breaking apart with the increasing pressure of the imminent issue that one day all the water in the earth will be displaced by trash.
The government comes up with new policies and programs to save the ocean every second day but they never seem to be seen through. This is because a government is nothing without the hope of the people and the people... have lost hope.
Ben Miller
Ben Miller. A kid from Venice, California. Age 17. Lives with his mother. Father was a cleanup manager when a terrible 'workhouse' incident happened and his entire team suffocated alive in trash.
Ben doesn't believe this for a second. Ben has a sneaking suspicion someone was behind the 'incident' and more importantly... behind how all the trash got into the ocean.
The story will start with Ben at his fathers funeral in the rain.
Robert Callaghan
He was the head robotics professor at the California Institute of Technology until his wife died. His wife gained a rare heart disease called Hyperlipidemia because of the poor air quality due to the original trash mountain off the coast of California.
Robert begged the government countless times to do something about the trash mountain. However, with rising tensions between global governments, they didn't have time for what they described as an 'insignificant' complaint.
After his wife died he's had so much built up angst and anger and now he's taking it out on the government as he blames them for his wife's death.

Synopsis
The world is under complete government control. Big brother is a very real issue. Every breath you take is recorded. The government has more information about you than you probably know.
Jacob Wallace. A young English Scholar with a promising future in politics and all things nobility. His father was a reek (the lowest of social classes and the most looked down upon in society. He gave everything to his son to make sure he had a better future and wasn't treated the way he was because of his immense poverty and illness that outcasted him from the rest of society from the day he was born.
But Jacob had a different plan. He was going to rise up to the top of the nobility where he would destroy them from the inside. This was until he met the love of his life, Sophie Black, the daughter of the most powerful man in the world. The man who designed big brother.
