British Values
Rights = are the legal,social and ethical entitlements that are considered the building blocks of a society.
Responsibilities = duties citizens should do
Freedom = the power or the right to act, speak, or think as one wants
Rule of Law = a principle which states that every person must obey the law.(no matter who you you are)
Identity
Migrant = a person moving to a new location
Emigration =moving out of a country to a different country
Identity = who a person is
Immigrant = moving into a country from another country
Migration = where people move from one location to another
Asylum seeker = Someone who leaves their own country because they are in danger. who asks for protect
refugee = someone who leaves their country because of war
Visa = an official stamp or document added to your passport allowing you to enter a country

Print media = magazines and newspapers
Broadcast media = television and radio
Media = is a way of spreading a message to lots of people at once.
Types of media = you-tube and Instagram

Free press = the press can print whatever they like and are not controlled by anyone.
Censorship = the press is not allowed to say certain things and it has to be checked .
The Independent Press Standard Organisation(IPSO) = regulates the media.
