What Error Should I Avoid?

What are the Main Commands?
We should be supportive of new believers and not only break them down but be beside them to help build them up again.

Are there any Examples to Follow?
We should follow Peter's example from being a good leader and we should be able to speak up and make suggestions and ideas to fix the problem at hand.
After much discussion, Peter got up and addressed them: “Brothers, you know that some time ago God made a choice among you that the Gentiles might hear from my lips the message of the gospel and believe.
Who are the Main People?

Then the apostles and elders, with the whole church, decided to choose some of their own men and send them to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas. They chose Judas (called Barsabbas) and Silas, men who were leaders among the believers.(acts 15:22)
