Able to login but not able to hear to voicemails.
This could be a problem with volume or the output channel of your system.
If you are using the normal speakers , please make sure the volume is turned ON. You can try to listen to some other video / audio just to make sure audio is turned ON. If not , please turn ON the audio and then try.
If you are using headphones , please make sure the audio output is selected as Headphones.You can try to listen to some other video / audio just to make sure audio is turned ON and is coming up in the headphones. If not , please turn ON the audio and then try.
