Candidate Review the Job Posting
Candidate Has a conversation with their TL / Practice Manager
Practice Manager evaluates if the candidate is ready, if so they make a recommendation to National Team ( Mike Ritchie )
Mike Ritchie sets up the Interviews of the Candidate
Members of the National Team
1hr in length
preferably back to back
Feedback is discussed and Candidate is evaluated
Communication is had with the Practice Manager

If the Candidate is the YES Communication: What might you need from the National Team to help with this conversation?
Conversation between PM and Nat'l Team around Timing
PM could provide a forecast of when candidate could roll off current assignment to Nat'l Team
There would be lots of conversations between the PM and the Nat'l team to have a plan to make sure the expecations are set correctly from a timing perspective before conversation with the candidate

Practice Manager Conversation with the Interviewers to discuss the feedback
Mark asked Tammy if he could share her communication about where she felt her candidates could help from a coaching perspective. She said that was ok with that
Mark emailed to the Practice Managers on the Call
MIke R asked that if anyone feels as though there needs to be a communications please reach out and have the conversation
Mike R stated to reach out to him our Mark if anyone had any follow up questions or comments

Could be a person that is regional based doing Coaching a pre-sales work in a specific Region
Could be a case where the an office is helping another office in the same region
How is the Local, Regional and National Team working together?
