Candidate Has a conversation with their TL / Practice Manager
Practice Manager evaluates if the candidate is ready, if so they make a recommendation to National Team ( Mike Ritchie )
Mike Ritchie sets up the Interviews of the Candidate
2 Interviews
Pair Interview
Members of the National Team

Feedback is discussed and Candidate is evaluated
Communication is had with the Practice Manager

Conversation between PM and Nat'l Team around Timing
PM could provide a forecast of when candidate could roll off current assignment to Nat'l Team
There would be lots of conversations between the PM and the Nat'l team to have a plan to make sure the expecations are set correctly from a timing perspective before conversation with the candidate
