        Please navigate to https://apply.ashford.edu and hit the "Forgot Password" link.
        On the page that opens on clicking on Forget Password , please enter your email address that you used to initially register for the application and click on Submit
        You will receive an automated email with the steps to follow to reset the password.
        Once password reset is done , please go back to OAP website https://apply.ashford.edu/applyweb/ and login using the existing email address and password.
        NOTE : If you registered with an incorrect email to start, there will be no way to send the password reset email. In this case, have them register using their proper email and re-complete the application.
        
        NOTE: Please do NOT request a password reset through Talisma. This will send you a password reset for OAP1. If you go through with that reset, the OAP2 and OAP1 records will be merged and we will have muddy data.
