Maslow's hierachy of needs
Human beings have different level of needs(from bottom to the top, higher levels have larger difficulty to achieve)
Love and social needs
eg. a friendly working environment, a group with familiar friends
from this level,the needs change from physical (body needs) to mental.
people want to have great relationships. they want to give and receive love to have a feeling of belonging.
Safety and security needs
people need to have shelters to keep themselves safe. people need to keep their property, avoid extreme weather or even hide from predators in the ancient time。
eg. a cave for the primitives, a safe box in the home
Esteem needs
people want to earn a great prestige to be recognized by others and receive respects from others.
eg. a large group of young boys play videogames hard because they have a drem to be professional gamers and participate in pro-league.They will be recognized if their dreams come true.
Physiological needs
human body can not survive without these needs

Self-actualisation needs
Human beings have enough skill to achieve their potential.
the highest level of needs
eg. a chef discovered a new type of delicious dish and add it to the menu, which could attract more customers to the restaurant.
