What
I want to help middle school and high school students gain better opportunities after their general education.
Limit the disconnection with no hope or drive in pursing higher education.

I want to help the students within the organization at the various program locations.

Why
To help serve underprivileged children who are in low-income communities.
Increase success within marginalized communities
Combat disconnection between students aged 16-24 years old. Disconnection meaning no schooling or employment when students drop out of school or have to motivation to do something in their life.
When
Before the end of the semester I want to have the materials needed to incorporate the programs. At least one program that helps students be aware of the opportunities after high school.
Research the resources by February and plan the programs for the organization.
In March and April, start incorporating programs and gain outside resources. Have other stakeholders review our program.
August through December will be assessing the program and make any changes to the project.

Planning and researching other success programs to model my project.
Working with my supervisor and committee
Talk with students at the organization to ensure their needs are met.
Creating partnership with other organizations or business to offer students guidance in what jobs they want to pursue
