Navigation Issues in Constellation
J : The student will need to clear the cache of your Internet browser and then try. Please select the Internet Browser that they are using so that I can assist with clearing out cache:

J :To clear out cache in IE , please follow the below mentioned steps:
Open Internet Explorer 11.
Click the Settings icon (top right corner) and click Safety.
Click Delete browsing history.
Check the Temporary Internet files and website files option.
Click Delete.
A confirmation message should appear.
Restart Internet Explorer 11.
Microsoft Edge
J :To clear out cache in MS Edge, please follow the below mentioned steps:
Select Settings and more (Alt + X ) > Settings > Privacy and security.
Under Clear browsing data, select "Choose what to clear".
Select the Items you want to clear , deafult selection would be Browsing History , Cookies and saved website data , Cached data and file.
Please keep passwords and form fill data.
Select "Clear" now.
Google Chrome
J :To clear out cache in Google Chrome , please follow the below mentioned steps:
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More More.
Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.
J : Is the student able to navigate now in Constellation.?

In the Cookies and Site Data section, click
Clear Data…
Remove the check mark in front of
Cookies and Site Data
With Cached Web Content check marked, click the
Clear
button.
Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.
