Shows the reports that server sends to the admin panel. Admin aprroves the rumors to show here. Here all the site visitor can see submitted rumors and vote to help admin panel choose rumors effectively. Also, People see which things are getting reported as rumors and they can research and submit their report on those rumors. Possible options for users: [Yes, No, Send you findings]

Rumors passed by admin panel as rumors shows here for people to see as well as take further decisions based on these. Giving a developer API to use this page helps make this prevention system spread beyond just the team.
