        An IEP meeting will be had to discuss what is best for the student in terms of getting a fair and honest education. IEP is Individual Lesson Plan.
        
        People present in IEP: Me, school counselor, principal, IEP coordinator, parents, any outside people the parents feel need to be included, the student
        
        If student is found eligible for services, and parents comply, next steps will incur.
        
        If student is not found eligible for services, I will adjust my instruction to meet the student's needs as best I can.
        
        If student is found eligible for services, and parents disagree to go any further, I will adjust my instruction to meet student's needs as best I can.
        
        I will present any observations I have had to a high administrator. The admin will then decide if further action is required.
        
        Once admin or school counselor has decided an evaluation is needed, based on my notes, parents will be involved in the decision. Should the parents give permission, an eval will be completed.
