The teacher must ensure that the differentiation strategies that she or he is implementing in the classroom are effective. Observe the child for at least two classes and record it in the academic form to have a list of observations for the academic director.
Hold a meeting with the Academic Director, Chinese Teacher, and Specialist teachers to understand if the child is showing similar learning difficulties in their classes.

PLAN
Academic Director refers the parents to an organization called ELG (Engage, Learn, Grow) which focuses on children with special needs or learning difficulties.
Our school does not provide any services within the school for special needs but can accommodate the therapist and work together with ELG.
If the parents agrees to work together with ELG, at their own expense, then we start with the plan.
The therapist turns in a background check to the school and a letter from ELG stating that he or she will audit the classes.

The teacher creates a WeChat group with the Academic Director, parents, and therapist from ELG.
