Sales Desk: Copy information From 2020 service submission
sheet into 2020 NMP Intake sheet:Need to first select Plan Type: NMP or WNMPFirst Automation: 1. Client Auto Update Request (NMP) email will alert sales people that plan is not selected and will NOT send out update request
- Send an Auto update request for client to fill out intake form if they are doing so online
Client does not complete intake sheet the day before the NMP is scheduled to begin creation (also due date of the soil test results)

Laboratory: 1.Populate Lab ID into both service submission sheet & NMP Intake sheet
- Assure start date and due dates are correct
Third Automation 3. Lab Report Not Completed In Time For NMP If start date is today and the lab results box is NOT checked, an email will be sent to lab crew to remind them to complete report or communicate to agronomist. Fourth Automation 4. Lab Results Complete. Once Lab Report is complete, lab check the Lab Results Box
Agronomist:
- Receives email that lab results are in.
- Check to assure client has completed intake form. If not, create a comment bubble to the sales team to contact client.
- No completed Intake Form: If client has not completed intake sheet, create comment bubble to direct sales team to contact client.
- More information required: Agronomist reaches out to Sales Team to direct them to gather additional information
1. Intake form complete & all information present: create recipe
- Once recipe is complete, NMP maker uploads the excel recipes (dry amend, conditioners, liquids&biologicals) to the SS line item, then clicks the "NMP ready for Report/Estimate production" button.
- Fifth automation: 5. NMP & WNMP is ready for Estimate and Report Production Check the NMP ready for Report/Estimate box. Two emails will be sent out informing to create estimate & report
HAS
Fifth Automation: Darian and Daniel receive an email notifying them to create the quote for client.
Once quote is complete do the following:
- Attach final copy to row
- Transcribe the HAS QB Invoice number in QB Estimate Number box
- Sixth Automation: 6. Quote and Report ready to Send: Check the quote created box. will prompt an email to Joanna informing her that the final quote is attached to the line item
- Report is ready before Quote: An email will be sent to both daniel and darian informing them that this element is required before client is served
Agronomist:
Fifth Automation: Joanna
will receive email which will prompt her to create the NMP report
- Create Report and attach pdf of final report to line
2. Attach all Additional Information: Assure the following Items are attached:
Liquid Fertilizer application information
Nutrient Management appendix
Solubles application information3. Sixth Automation: 6.Quote and Report ready to send Check the Report Created: This will send an automation to Darian and Daniel that all items have been attached 4. Quote ready before Report: An email will be sent to Joanna & Sarah informing them that this element is required before client is served
Sixth Automation: 6. Quote and Report Ready to Send: Once report created box is checked & Quote created box is checked, an email will go out to notify Sarah, Joanna, Darian, Daniel & Tigger that client needs to have report and estimate emailed to them
Seventh Automation: 7. NMP report sent to HAS Sales
Whoever sends email will check sent to client; This will automatically shunt line item to the 2020 HAS Sales Sheet
Late NMPs

An alert will go out to everyone informing them that an NMP is one day over due. This will drive everyone into coming together and see where the hangup is
