The Student Success Flow Chart
Early interventions :warning:
The student will be asked to conduct a trial test before joining the school's program and the teacher will make notes on the performances. Afterward, the teacher will speak to the parents and discuss about the students educational backgrounds (medical history, if any) and their learning goals.
The teacher monitors and evaluates student's progressions from academic and social perspectives, and arranges meetings with the study advisor on a weekly basis. Parents will closely follow the weekly feedbacks written by teachers.
3.The teacher will carefully observe the student's strengths and weaknesses base on class performances and course results. Parents will closely follow the assessments written by teachers.
1st intervention :warning:
The teacher and the study advisor will modify their class plans and give additional instructions as they see fit to enhance student's learning outcomes.
The teacher has further concerns about a student's performance for a period of time (no less than 3 weeks).
🔍The teacher will run a complete analysis of the student's current health condition, class attendance, academic and social performances to see where the concern lies.
