I feel like i have better mentality especially at Bedford. I was taking it more as a day off but in reality its a busy Sunday shift. I have a feeling that meditation helped me realize that and be more mindfull about what i do. However this shift was very nice. I was just being silly saying to Adam that i killed a candle spot.
