Desire and Passion
Desire: The feeling of relief after helping a family or a person buy their new home. To have great client satisfaction and respect for the clients and for them to have respect for me. Desire is a strength/ confident area for me.
Passion: To help others, being detailed about everything, for making my place to be surrounded with honesty and trust. Passion is a comfortable/strength for me.

Accountability
Being responsible for my own actions really is an important skill well mindset because if you don't accept failure or wrong things at some point then you will not get very far in what you want. I am really confident in this, because I was raised to come clean if I did something wrong and still to this day, I will call my mom if I did something and talk it out with her. Since i am confident in this, this would be my strength.
Self Confidence
I may be insecure in myself but in solving issues or helping others or selling something I cam confident because I am persuading enough to encourage someone to buy or do something. I have a good strength in this.
Value the bottom line
Having coworkers who could help me in financial issues like figuring out things and more, is important to me. Because yes I think I can figure out some of the items needed, like inventory and etc. But having a team doing it, would make the job a lot easier for all of us. I am confident that I want people doing this for me, but for me to do it, this is a weakness for me.
Problem solving
Figuring out every possible situation different ways is more like a math problem you might not be able to solve at first. You try to look every way around it until you find a way that works in everyone's favor. Problem solving questions in math were not my best suit. But for figuring out ways to help myself in a situation, I am strongly confident that this is one of my strengths.
Networking
Networking is connections. You need to be able to have that personality to where you can be easy to talk to and for people to be able to understand what you are saying. This is one of my strengths because I am really good at being able to connect to people.
Market Awareness
For market awareness, I'm not too good at this because I do not look at opportunities right now for my future career specifically, but when I am working my dream job, I feel like I would make sure to check out every opportunity. This right now is one of my weaknesses I would say.
Business knowledge
Since I am currently enrolled for college for entrepreneur, I am gaining that business knowledge I need to understand how business works and the laws behind it, And even how I should start about my business. Currently, I am not completely comfortable and sure about business so I would say this is one of my weaknesses until I learn everything about business that I can.
