SIDE EFFECT/AR - fever, chills, shaking, flushing, loss of appetite, dizziness, nausea, and vomiting

MONITORING - urine output, BUN, serum creatinine, complete blood count
SIDE EFFECT - diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia
AR - rash, pruritus, urticaria, hyperglycemia
