Skulls
Differences from humans
Chimpanzee Smaller skull because it is smaller than human skulls due to their brain size.
Gorilla Looks like human skulls, but has a thicker and bigger skull.
The erectus is charactarised by large molars.
The Homo Neanderthalensis has a large middle part of the face, angled cheek bones, and a huge nose for humidifying and warming cold, dry air. According to http://humanorigins.si.edu/evidence/human-fossils/species/homo-neanderthalensis
The Paranthropus are characterised by robust skulls.
Australopithecus afarensis, the skull has an apelike face proportions (a flat nose, a strongly projecting lower jaw). According to http://humanorigins.si.edu/evidence/human-fossils/species/australopithecus-afarensis
Human beings, have a thin-walled, high vaulted skull with a flat and near vertical forehead. Modern human faces also show much less (if any) of the heavy brow ridges and prognathism of other early humans. Our jaws are also less heavily developed, with smaller teeth. According to http://humanorigins.si.edu/evidence/human-fossils/species/homo-sapiens
The Australopithecus is characterized by relatively small brain size.
Other primates have more chromosomes cells than humans by a little.
A difference is that humans have more complex forms of verbal communication than other primates.
Human evolution
The starting of human evolution
More and more mammals, and animals have started to grow and be made.
This is a tarsiers, a mammal and a primate where humans have evolved from.
But then, after the fishes, animals have started to grow legs. Such as tetrapods.
Similarities from primates
Since most animals have evolved from The bony fish, lobe finned fish, then it goes on and on.
We, as primates have evolved from the start, from tarsiers all the way to now, human beings.
Characteristics
We have some characteristics of their legs, they have long legs for their small body, and us humans have long legs for our body's.
But they have claws when we have nails. Therefore tarsiers aren't the only primates we have evolved from.
The tarsiers fingers, the fingers are the type of fingers that us humans have.
The difference between a humans spine and other primates is that humans make a natural S and other primates makes a C.
Chimpanzee are the closest to human beings according to many articles, and evidence.
We are bipedal, so we walk on two, while chimpanzee can walk on all 4 and on 2 legs.
We have very similar musculature/ muscle structure to chimps.
Chimpanzees also communicate like humans, they also demonstrate a range of emotions including joy, sadness, fear and even empathy.
A difference is that humans generally have larger brains and they also have larger bodies which makes a difference between us humans and other primates.
We had the human beings and the rest of the primates in order like this because, the human beings are the recent evolution within the primates.
