Anytime I feel really down, there are two options: rant, or make light of the situation. Anytime I have an issue, Vincent will always make me laugh by making jokes or finding light in a situation I find less than ideal. He really helps me stay optimistic.

Often when I'm upset, I try to hide it and pretend like everything is okay. Every time I talk to her, she can always tell exactly what mood I'm in even if I pretend otherwise. If she can tell that I'm upset, she makes me let it out rather than bottling it in. She's the person that helps me to be vulnerable and let down the facade I'd been hiding behind.

Maika is one of the people that I often don't tell my problems to even though I trust her a lot, just because the way I feel seems different the way she would feel in a different situation. Instead of telling my problesms to her, instead I go to her to be cheered up. She's really funny and haging out with her makes me feel so much better.

Water Polo JV Girls

Outside of the pool, I can always talk to them if I have any issues because they're all trustworthy and helpful when giving advice. I can also rely on them to support me in the sport of water polo. We have really good teamwork and we all encourage each other to persevere when we tire.

He's always available to talk to me about anything. We go to different schools now, but we always stay in touch and make sure everything is going okay in each other's lives. Whenever I'm sad he's there to chat and gives pretty good advice or at least says something to make me laugh which I always appreciate.

Abby is always there to talk about anything, or just sit there to keep me company. We'll video call each other to keep each other company even if we are doing our own thing and not talking.

Whether it's during club events, or just any time during school, whenever I get stressed, they'e always there to ease my burden by talking to me, or helping me out instead of watching me overload myself with tasks.
