Fund this bonus at the end of the period from the annual bonus fund
Quality is scored by the AD :
Ontime is data driven - budget versus actual hours
Satisfaction is a simple yes/no question posed to the client by the AD
Include the funding amount in the price of the engagement in case we don't hit the year's plan he cost of the bonus is covered
Each period we measure the amount of projects that concluded. If 85% of the concluded projects received a passing score we payout to each team member. We will have a chip jar. Green chip for pass. Red chip for fail. 85% of the chips need to be green in order to unlock the bonus. The bonus dollars will be based on the total revenue from the pass chips. 1% of the total revenue from those chip projects will be paid out.

Conversion bonus paid at $400 per that converts from project to retainer over $100K year
Include funding in price of the engagement in case we don't hit the plan and don't fund annually
pay out 3% on growth of $450K from assigned clients. This will unlock at 90% of growth.
