Value Proposition
This company allows the convenience of boarding your horse here at a reasonable cost without having to stress that your horse will not be taken care of if you do not make a regular appearance out at the facilities.
Target Customers
All ages horseback riders who either have all the time in the world to spend with their horse so they're able to use all of our facilities to the horse girl who is in college and barely has time to see her favorite pet but doesn't have to stress because she knows her horse is being taken care of.
My services would benefit the clients so they gain knowledge and experience with horses and large animals.
Customer Relationships
Must maintain a strong customer relationship in order to keep the safety and health of their horses secured as well as being able to provide feedback with how their horse is doing. Constantly being updated.
Would have a blend of Functional and advisory relationship with each client.
Revenue Streams
Monthly board payments, lesson services, and training services provided to clients.
Possibly could have another source of income depending on what the stage of development the business is in.
