Trucking Companies: Cargo coordinators/managers, sales personnel, truck drivers and warehouse employees.
All Farms:
Owners, supply chain managers, sales manager, farm manager and machinery operators. Owners & Managers oversee the workers who plant and manage the fields. The workers are also in charge of the harvest, assortment and final product that makes its way to my table.
Animal Pastures & Farms:
These animal farms are run by a multitude of people. There are even several types of farms that serve to produce meat products, dairy products or a combination of both. There are:

Animal hands to take care of the livestock

Cow/Dairy Farm:
Workers milk and immediately store the milk/prepare it via pasteurization. They prepare it/churn it into butter as well!

Some of the ingredients require further processing either at the farm or another facility. There are even more factory/product workers that diligently move this process along. There are even more intricate experts like butchers involved
